Praz Bulgarian Giant este un soi semitimpuriu cu perioada de semanat primavara si toamna.Tulpina este lunga, cilindrica si de culoare verde foarte deschis, iar interiorul aproape alb. Tulpina este crocanta si are gust specific, usor picant. Lungimea medie a tulpinilor este aproximativ 40 cm si diametrul de 5 cm. este destinat consumului in stare proaspata (salate sau amestecuri de legume proaspete) sau in diverse retete gatite.
Recomandam 330.000 plante/ha (10 x 30 cm).
